The information gathered is limited strictly to parameters that are important to make a proper evaluation of your device so that we can offer you the best possible price for it. Generally the information is model number, version number, memory capacity, hardware failures and the like.

For over a week now, the app continues to say it needs more time to prepare an estimate and requests a number to send a text when ready....the text arrives and I attempt to retrieve estimate...but I receive the same need more time message. Something is broken!

Great app to test functionality of a device and get an estimated value for the device as well. (When you have a booth available nearby)

Never got the estimate even though I have a few months old Google pixel 3a.
