As usual, I walked away feeling good about my dining choice. Great flavor, perfect portion, and the presentation would score a 10 in comparison to other food options. However, I feel this store was a bit less fresh, in that the spicy chicken was dryer than usual, and the greens were more exposed (more time in service display). Even in this condition, the food was great, and I felt confident of safety. (I am a food safety specialist) I am still impressed with the Bibbibop brand.

Items are constantly missing off the app. I go to the store. They have them. I like to be able to order off the app because I'm a doordasher and I can just order my food go inside. Pick it up and keep going, but when Toppings are always missing off the app but are available inside the store. It makes me just want to choose somewhere else.

I can't place a delivery order even though the app finds my single address. It keeps telling me there's more than one address found and I need to be more specific. How much more specific can I be when the app gives me one choice??!! The pickup option is okay but if it only partly works, it doesn't work. To be clear, the same bug exists on the website.
