Ratings and reviews

I used to be able to order, apply rewards & promos so easily. It seems every time I try to use a reward, it MIGHT give me eligible items if I haven't already selected them, but more often than not it makes me completely start over & choose my location, pick up preferences, etc. I tried at least 10 times last night with same results. Often, it would display a screen for choosing items & the soup salad & sandwich categories would literally only show soup. I finally got fed up & ordered elsewhere.

App does not apply Rewards correctly. At first screen it does let you apply Rewards and shows the amount saved after rewards applied but while paying all the rewards are getting cleared out and end up paying 11$ extra from the amount saved through rewards. Also, the items which were unavailable there is no proper customer care support to follow up on what can be the alternatives, substitutes. Very disappointed by this App and it's frustrating to order anything online. Please fix this.

Good app, easy to order from and pay. Issues come when it will let you order items that have been sold out, of order items that are missing ingredients at location. Additionally, it does not give readily available options to substitute for missing items when it DOES know something is unavailable. But, mostly it's a good app that can use some tweaking to be a great app.
