Update 11/16. Version 4.78 (the newest one) still doesn't work properly. Every update in the last 6 months has not worked properly. I keep having to roll back to a version from April when it lasts worked properly. And the most recent update. The menu does not show up at all so I cannot order anything. Kind of defeats the purpose of a mobile ordering app when the menu doesn't open. Update 01/24/2024 - latest version (4.81.0) still has issues. Can't start an order or open any menus

It takes about 17 minutes to get through the app enough to be able to view a menu, and then after you view the menu and put in your items and try to pay it deletes your cart makes you start over, and then makes it take forever to find where to put the coupon code for the discounted soup, and then if that's not enough, the credit card screen takes forever, can't possibly go through on the first try, because it has to change your estimated delivery time because of the 37 minutes it took to create

This app falls short particularly in performance. The unnecessary white display with loading bar and prolonged 2-second vibration response when adding cart items. The placement for removing items from the cart is unclear, leaving users unsure about whether they are removing the top or bottom order. The website, though an alternative, is equally problematic with intrusive pop-ups and a navigation bar that cuts off 25% of the screen. Use the website, despite its own problems, the app is garbage.
