Ratings and reviews

The Panera app has recently become pretty problematic for me. Even when I'm at home and connected to good wifi, some pages don't load and I'm forced to log in several times in a row. The most frequent problem is that I try to view my order to check out and it won't show up or allow me to place the order. I just reinstalled and am still having the issue. if it's not resolved soon, I will cancel my Sips Club for sure-- if I can't order easily in advance, I'm unlikely to order at all.

App works fine, but the UI and overall experience could use polish. I submitted a pickup order and assumed it went through, only to find out later it didn’t process until I woke my phone back up—by then, I was already at the café. Not ideal when you’re in a hurry. Needs better feedback and background processing.

Edit 6/3/26 - It has been about a year since this app will even load my cart and let me check out. Unusable. There are times the app just will not load my cart, so I cannot checkout at all, the screen is just blank. Sometimes tapping on pop-ups doesn't do anything, but it's easy to get out of them and get there manually.
