Meet Daylight: A digital programme that helps you understand where anxiety comes from, what makes it worse, and how to reduce it for good. All in 10 minutes or less per day, on your schedule, from the privacy of your own phone.

The user experience is awful. Can't skip for techniques that don't work or back the audio/video up. No clear way to "checkin". The guided practices are mediocre at best (check out Insight Timer or headspace for much better ones). I thought this app would be actually helpful, at this point, once I get my reward for my insurance, I'm deleting my account and this app.

Recently downloaded the app with the help of a link worker at my local doctors office. Although I'm still exploring all the app has to offer my experience has been very positive so far! The guided exercises to manage stress and anxiety are really helping, I know that with practice and consistency this app will be a great tool in achieving a calmer life!

The app reminders that I set up never reminded me. I don't like that you can't skip past a technique if it doesn't work for you. And now for the past few days the app won't even load for me. It's difficult to manage my anxiety when there isn't a reliable and stable app. I wasn't able to have much experience with this process or app because of the previously mentioned issues.
