not only does my breezline service rarely work, the speeds are slow and it goes out very often. We can not be playing games online and using a laptop for work without it being unbearable or disconnecting. This app also never works. I had to call to get my Wi-Fi name and password changed because it reset itself and the app wouldn't let me log in, it keeps saying network error. I can log into my account on a Google browser to pay my bill but this app is useless.

Our Breezeline box suddenly failed a month or so ago and they sent a repair guy to install all new equipment for free! But now their speed has plummeted with constant waits for the guide to display and shows interrupted with the spinning wheel. They have also purposely taken away previous functions. One of many examples: If you rewind a live show, you can't FF in order to make you watch commercials. Then your only option is to go to live, and miss the latest (e.g. of a football game).

I had WOW for 3 1/2 years before Breezeline took over and had 2 issues the whole time. Ever since Breezeline has taken over, I constantly have internet drops and bandwidth issues. I'm paying for 500/50 and I never get 500 down on a hardwired connection anymore. I have to restart my modem and router at least 3 times a week when I'd only have to do that 3 times a year with WOW. I can't wait to get rid of Breezeline, they've been absolutely awful. Also, this app is pure garbage.
