I got this app to replace one from a company that was taken over. It's barely adequate. I can make outgoing calls, but there's no way to get a notification when I have a message, so it's kind of useless for that. There was also no way to tell which breezeline app I needed, so I had to download three different ones until I found one that would accept my login.

Does not work for androids! I've called several times in the past few months. The rep just says their IT guys are working on it. So I have to have the app open on my phone to receive any calls. If a patient has an emergency over the weekend we would never know because we don't get the notification/calls!

The recent update won't work on android. It's been 2 months and they are "working on it". Meanwhile I'm missing calls at work unless I'm sitting by my landline!!
