Used to work fine, now I can't add my payment info even though I've authorized it 3+ times in my banking app. Try to prebook taxis and a taxi doesn't show up for the time you book! Luckily I book with 10-15 extra minutes for my journey, but almost missed an appointment today because it took 15 minutes to assign a driver. And it didn't even start to assign a driver until the time I had booked a taxi. The app is garbage now, might as well use Uber.

Very useful app usually, let's me get to and from work. Only issue is frequent bug when booking, input pick up and destination with a card payment in place, and app says 'something went wrong' - no details about what and re-attempting booking doesn't work, even restarting app/phone doesn't help. I haven't noticed a particular trigger or pattern, so it just happens randomly. Aside from this annoyance, the app is great and very useful.

When it works it works fine but when it doesn't it's impossible to figure out how to fix it. There's no help button. I can't add my new payment details because of a Javelin page that's supposed to be redirecting somewhere but it's not. So now I'm stuck with an app where I can no longer pay by card.
