Ratings and reviews

Good app for basic functionality. I would prefer a little more proactive features, though. Things like locations near me for recycling items not taken, such as batteries, or ink cartridges. Also, I would love to know how much of the collected plastic is actually recycled and not stored in a land fill.

It can't find my address. It tells me to use a different account. When you have one account it, don't work.

A few issues. 1st: I'm a business so I have no access on the app. 2nd: I never know when they are going to pick up. It's not a schedule. They came 3 weeks in a row, I'm bi weekly pick up ... so then no pick up on the supposed pickup date, then again 2 weeks in a row, came on a Saturday morning at 5 am. This is a home business. So a 95 year old woman about jumped out of her skin she's on that part of the property. I was up. We had valley view they were on the dot, now.🤷 update getting better ty
