I was really excited at first by the premise. The listings were the disappointment. Too much of what I saw could be bought in my local smoke shop or on Wish for a fraction of the price. The original glass pieces were hidden behind the noise of new items completely contradicting what I thought the company's purpose was - creating a marketplace for used glass items. The buying/selling guidelines add to my dismay. I understand why but find it overkill. Perhaps consignment is a better way.

There plenty of good options for glass here that updates regularly. The down side is that even after settling on a price and paying the seller can take however long they want to ship. For example i reached a deal on 10/9 and paid 543 dollars for a piece. The item didnt ship until the 16th. So for a week i was wondering if id even get the item that i had bid on, agreed on a price and paid for... not to mention another week to ship. Just be prepared for your money to sit in limbo with no piece

I bought an item and the seller backed out and issued me a refund without any communication because I wouldn't also buy a different item I asked te seller about Which is against glasspass' policy So I contacted their support about it and my account got banned.. I'm assuming because the seller in question has 100s of completed transactions, and also has 100s of very expensive items still for sale I honestly can't find the words to describe how terrible of a way that is to treat your customers
