I use this app for random errands that require a car. It's good for short trips, but outside of that, I couldn't imagine being reliant on thism the app constantly freezes, the reporting car conditions is not helpful, and now, I can't even get the app the load when I sign in. The "blue zone" sometimes shows up, but it's a dark blue instead of the light. Then, the car list doesn't load, and I'm blocked from actually being able to make a reservation! WTAF?

This app is a nightmare to use. There are issues with logging-in, accepting drivers licenses (even unexpired ones), verification and other bugs. I downloaded this app many years ago and haven't been able to use it even once. Update: It's been over 4 years since I downloaded this app. Still doesn't work. Sucks that these people have my identity now

The convenience of a car when you need it without paying high prices is great. But it's not enough to make up for the problems the app itself has, which once left me standing outside of the car while I called customer service to unlock it. Also the app repeatedly crashed my entire operating system on my phone, eventually leaving me stranded in downtown seattle at night, a mile away from my hotel, with no phone to call or get directions. I was bothered by strangers for money and cigs as I walked.
