Ratings and reviews

The app needs a lot of work. Can't get through a episode before it shows "couldn't load" or "your session has expired" and signs you out automatically for no reason. Or you can be watching a episode and it'll suddenly kick up a window saying something like "this content isn't available" and you'll be forced to go back to the main menu, find the episode you were watching then manually scroll through the episode to find where you left off before it crashed.

App has been getting worse over time. It's *fine* right now, but it used to be *good* and I'm really not sure how they came to the decisions they did when making changes. They took away the ability to change subtitle preferences for some reason and now subtitles will sometimes get crushed from 3 lines to 2, leading to overlapping text and making it unreadable, which is ridiculous

The app sucks right now. If I sit and watch without interruption, it's okay, but I have to save my show to a watch list because when I "continue watching", it often stops at the end of the episode with no way to go to the next one or see the full episode list for the series. I have to go back to the show on my watch list and select it again. It's just too stressful to constantly have to find my place again. Back to Crunchyroll for a while.
