If I could, I would give no stars. About a month of using the app it asks me to upgrade at $20.00/month. I was no longer able to log in normally. App was advertised as free to use for connected scale only. Many multiple emails back and forth with c/s stating that was the only thing to do. Scale basically became very over-priced now with no free weight tracking as advertised.

A complete scam. No way to access any feature aside from weight without paying an outrageous subscription fee. The alleged free trial period is expired before you can access it. And the app has terrible privacy features. If I could rate it in the negatives I would. Edited to add: they continue to be misleading in their reply, as if you can access any feature other than weight without paying an exorbitant subscription fee. You can't. Only weight, nothing else. Don't fall for their scam.

I have been trying to get an issue resolved with my core scale for the past 2 months and no one will contact me. The app continues to try to get me to purchase a $19.99 monthly. The issue was intermittent at first and I would have to wait a few days and then I could use my scale now it has been on there wanting the upgrade for the last 2 months. Horrible Service!!
