Ratings and reviews

Dire. Doesn't let me download the ticket. Doesn't show me the barcode. Forced to print it (what if I didn't have a printer). Errors, disconnects and a standard 'We want to hear your feedback ' but we are not going to do anything about it. For the last 5 years!

My review applies to the mobile website too. The verification requests are relentless. Today, I can't even access the app or website on my mobile data as I am deemed a potential bot. Not only does the company have my money for a future event booked very recently, I've bought numerous tickets in the past too. I'm wondering why I should bother with Ticketmaster anymore. I rarely complain about anything, but this is unfair.

App doesn't work at all. Received an email saying I needed to download the app to access my tickets. Opening the app just led to a loading screen with no text explaining what was happening (extremely poor UX design), then a screen saying I needed to complete a CAPTCHA, which did not load.
