You had one job! Completely unreliable app. A couple of months ago, it seemed to work ok in displaying my tickets. Since then (apparently a very recent July update), it will not let me log in most of the time, & sometimes not even loading the sign-in screen. One time that I was actually able to sign in, it wouldn't load my tickets. How is this version of the app on the market???

July 2024 update - I updated this app a few days ago and now it won't even let me sign in. I can sign in to the website fine. But why bother even having an app that's this consistently unreliable (and has been this way for years)!?! Thankfully I already have all my tickets saved in my wallet. From 1/16/22 - Worthless. No matter how many times I try, I can't even login. Get the same blank black screen. Sadly, many venues ONLY use Ticketmaster. Huge problem. Please fix it.

How does this app still exist? It is terribly buggy, with crashes occurring in several areas of the app. And when trying to view my tickets for entry — which is arguably the most important part of the app — it crashes every single time as far as I know, and the app never even loads the screen for my tickets. Ridiculous. The Ticketmaster app needs a complete rework.
