Ratings and reviews

It's always a hit or miss with app. When it does open, it is difficult to work with. Usually, issues pertain to logging in or location. Currently, it won't open at all. I'm seeing the splash screen and then nothing but black screen. At first, I thought if I just let the app sit and "think" things might work themselves out; that the app was connecting or downloading resources. But, I've come to the realization that it's either being poorly managed or it's just a bad app.

This app is horrible. It won't let me log in and logs me out after a week. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to work. Sometimes 2 or 3 times before it works. It won't work unless I give it precise location all the time (even not when using the app) and have notifications on for it. It also has to have background service ability. And when it does work, let's me log in and use it, it glitches a ton. Horrible app. Ticket master, please hire new programmers for the love of God.
