Ratings and reviews

The drivers make the experience difficult. They call you ten times everytime you book a taxi. Then they want to know if you are paying by cash or card. Most of the time when you say you paid by card they cancel the trip and make you wait a long time in the heat outside. You have a job, be grateful for your job and stop making things difficult for people who are paying for your service. Many times they take double or more money after I already paid by card. Very deceiving

It's easier to find a driver and the fares are also lower than other taxi services. In my last trip with Mr. Pintu in Khobar, I was amazed by the car's condition and maintenance.. It looked like a brand new car and interior smelt so refreshing. Upon asking the driver, he told me that he has been driving this car for 3 years now... Hats off to Mr. Pintu for setting such high standard of service.

Booking is convenient from App, but customer support doesn't work properly. Have raised ticket with the customer support regarding overcharge by the driver but it's more than 48 hours, but still no response from team if they are looking into it or not. Not recommended considering their customer support
