The latest update is very bad, it became really difficult to point a location on the map, and the prices keep fluctuating, making at the most expensive app in Jordan at these moments, so you have to wait a lot and keep monitoring the app, or take the easy way and use one of the other cheaper apps, and it doesn't always show the fares are higher than normal message , and there is no number to contact them, you have to send an email which sometimes they do not respond to or respond very late.

This is completely unacceptable! When I booked the ride, the app clearly showed the fare as 28 SAR, but after the ride was completed, I was charged 48.54 SAR, and the driver took the full amount from me. There was no prior notification, no explanation, and no consent for this sudden increase in price. This feels like misleading pricing and unfair charging. I am extremely unhappy with this experience and demand: A clear and proper explanation for why the fare was increased and I need my money.

No option to get customer support or raise a complaint in the app. There is an help center section and complaint about rides as well but when you went inside concerned ride history to raise a complain and description of the problem. But strangely no option at all to select.... Seems its hidden and tge app code is not clear or intentional. My trip charges due to cancelation is shown as zero in the app but still after three weeks no reverse transaction. And i have no option to document concern.
