Ratings and reviews

Map is hard to use. If you try to move using Android phone, even if your pin is on top of your destination - you can't choose that place. You still have to type the name of destination. Tried tap and hold but nothing confirms destination. Sometimes map works sometimes it doesn't.

You're app is bad. Your help center has nothing - keeps loading but nothing shows You over charge without allowing passengers to question! I was on a ride from the airport and the final bill was over estimate by a wide margin. You also charged me a cancellation fee on the ride I was actually on! How do you charge a cancellation fee when I actually too the ride? That's robbery

A very bad experience, not recommended. Very bad treatment from drivers. They arrive and then cancel or they start the trip then end while i didnt get to the car. Also, they asked me twice to get out of the car once they found out that the payment is via card.
