Since switching to the new MyUbat app, I am unable to login using my correct password. Tried asking for pin number to be sent to email address to reset password but never receive. Tried seeking assistance via 'Meja Bantuan' but received no response. I have also tried to uninstall and reinstall but to no avail. I don't know how to continue with my medication supply! It's most frustrating. I gave a rating of 1 earlier. Received notification to update the app again to version 2.0.5. and it works!

New version is fix all the bugs. Thank you Developer for the effort. However, the notification never pop out to notify us if there is a bekalan ubat sent out by facility. I missed the posman arrival. Previous version doesn't have this issue. Previously, I always could receive the notification when the bekalan is sent out, and I always can standby the postal fee for posman. Hope developer can improve on this (notification of bekalan sent out). Thx.

Dear user, Android 13 handles notification differently compared to the previous version of Android. Please try to uninstall the app and then reinstall back. Make sure you allow all the permission request including notification permission.

Updated Review The multiple users had been solved. Thank you for fast response. It easily to switch users in case collect medicine in same day without log out and in. Can't add multiple accounts After updated new version, cannot add multiple accounts. It's only shown 1 user, for another user required to log in again. I tried it's still the same cannot have multiple accounts.

Dear user, you can press the menu button in the bottom middle bar, then press akaun berbilang/multiple account to add new accounts without the need to logout and login again. If you are still having problem, please attach the screenshot and send to myubat@moh.gov.my so that we can assist.
