Made a vaccine appointment. When I reached the health facility at the reception counter, I ACCIDENTALLY pressed cancel appointment. It just straight away cancelled my appointment without reconfirming by asking me if I'm sure to do so. Such minor experience issue actually led to huge inconvenience. Please improve in this matter.

This is one of the most, if not the most, awkward and buggy app I've ever used. Setting up an account is inordinately complicated and uses a CAPTCHA on every page. It lets you go through the entire application process before informing you that one of the fields was incorrectly entered. This app gives the impression it was created by a single person with only basic Android development skills and no real user testing.

After my first booster, now i can't view vaccination to get second booster. It says cannot connect to server. Tried uninstalling but to no avail. Update: thanks mysejahtera admin. It works. I don't know why previously don't work when i clear cache and storage.
