buggy app (esp w/ messaging, e.g. sometimes not seeing any message), but at least it's one place to see the status of the case and to message the team

I'm having trouble putting my phone number on this app. Saying that I need to enter a valid phone number. I am entering my phone number. But it's not working on this app.
