Ratings and reviews

I hate phone apps, and given the choice will always use a desktop over a phone app, but having had to install it to enter a competition, I can verify that it does at least function properly. Only 4 stars because upon trying to verify my login via the "new device", it gives an option to scan a QR code, and upon picking it, the screen goes black, and I'm unable to take a pic of the code. Choosing the email option sent an email to me, but it must be received and clicked on using your phone.

Really good so far. Good features and easy to use. Some of the verification stuff is a bit buggy though. Especially the part where you have to do face shot and hpktk of your ID. Apart from that I'm really enjoying my experience with Coinjar so far.

Simple is not always good. Can't find the simple things like trading history and other trading info but for a quick buy/sell, it's perfectly adequate and the fees are standard. My money was in my bank within minutes. Edited for reply. Thank you for the extra info. It might have been good to know that from the get go. Perhaps you could add a link to your app, which is the thing I was reviewing, not the web page. Edited and downgraded to ONE STAR BECAUSE I CANNOT READ MY BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS!!
