Ratings and reviews

Should not be on the US store, as it does not support American investors. I bought $200 worth of tokens early on, verified my account just fine, no issues whatsoever. Then they changed some policies I guess, now my region is not supported, and my investment is locked behind a loop of Sumsub identity verification failures that won't even let me access the app properly. Customer service gives what seems to be an automated reply to this issue.

I am pretty sure this app is a scam. Nowhere in the app does it offer any detailed breakdown of costs/charges associated with your purchase. It seems metawealths business model is give all the money to its users. this is not how businesses work, so either its a charity or its too good to be true (eg a scam). after asking support to clarify my questions they ended up ignoring me, so anyone considering investing, dont. and if you do chose to invest, then only put a very small amount of money!

I got the app, invested, Andrei contacted me to schedule a 15 minute onboarding session which turned into an hour where he was kind enough to answer all of my questions. It was founded by people with solid backgrounds so that's a plus. The ui is clean and intuitive. The logic behind it seems legit with documents and numbers to back it up which shows they are transparent, however, it's fairly new so i am cautious. In conclusion, invest what you can aford to lose (at least for a while)
