I have had this game for years and loved playing it daily. But for the last month or so I have been getting these temporary downloads which basically take over the game you can't breed dragons, you can't do daily tasks, you really can't do much of anything and I contacted support numerous times and they continually tell me they're working on a fix to no avail. I'm completely disappointed with the lack of progress of a fix. And I'm about to delete the game.

I love the game, and have spent a shameful amount of money on it over several years. Recently they added some upgrades to Arcadia and it was actually somewhat enjoyable because I could finally tap on arcane flowers and get small items. Then they took that away to only level 5 and up. It was slow before, but now it's exc4utiating and I won't play the Arcane level anymore. Besides that, it needs new DIFFERENT main levels. It's not exciting enough for me anymore and progress is painfully slow.

I have to say that this is the first time I've had this problem. Connecting the game to your FaceBook is supposed to save your progress right? Think again! Maybe this is my fault for never putting it on my new phone I don't know. I started playing this several years ago and ended up needing a new phone shortly after. I forgot to download it on my new phone. All my progress is gone. Including the dragons that I had paid to get and ones from events. I was connected said previously logged in.
