Sms marketing feature is not working, i purchased sms all the times by giving error , i spend money and purchased sms which i cannot use, i tried to call customer support, when they attended call, they just act like we have network problem, and the voice is not clear, second time they ask all my personal information and just drop the call, shame on this service

The payments that come into the JazzCash business app are not showing up in the history with complete details. Kindly work on the JazzCash business app so that the upcoming payment transactions are displayed in the history as soon as possible. Once this is fixed, it will be the best app.

Resolve Discrepancy option not working from 6 months, and no one there to listen to emails. World's bad application
