App is relatively slow. Start from login, it keeps showing loading icon for long time till the app is force-restarted. Then having OTP verification is another problem. The code was never being sent over WA nor SMS. Compare to our previous insurace provider, this is worse

After update, couldn't retrieve personal data and claim history. Logged out and tried to log in, but the system keep saying "Terjadi kesalahan pada server, silahkan coba lagi". Tried to reinstall, clean cache, connect over Wi-Fi only or internet data only. End up with suggestion from Mandiri Inhealth Cust Service to change the software. It seems they want me to change the phone. What a joke!! Mandiri paid the apps developer for this useless app. What a waste!! WA contact center can do nothing.

It's almost impossible to reset password. Tried a dozen times yet no avails. Loading time after I hit the forgot password takes more than 20 seconds and the verification codes never got through to my email or SMS. The contact provided took forever to get someone answer it. Imagine all that happened when I needed to see a doctor but the actual card is not available yet.
