1. LiveChat for each your bot
Be always in touch with subscribers of each of your bots.

2. Pause Automation
Stop all bot messages while you communicate with your subscriber. As soon as you message them back, 30 minutes pause is activated and your subscriber will only receive manually sent messages from an admin for 30 minutes.

3. Assign conversation
Assign the conversation to yourself. You can track all the assignments.

Fantastic app but stopped working. Since fb business page doesn't send notifications for customer messages, I needed to find an outside app that would give me notify me. Unfortunately after the last release (I think it was the last one) it stopped working even after signing out and reinstalling. Luckily the desktop version still works though. Hopefully this bug can be fixed soon.

This application can't read, if this smartphone has deactivated Instagram's open supported link, I've rested it and still can't log in, I've also tried using the website and it can't because it keeps asking me to restart, it can only be done with a message from Facebook.

I had created an account via website and connect my account to Facebook and insta, then downloaded the app as required now won't let me log in , keep going to Facebook loging done the 2 factor identification but goes back to Facebook login screen so cant do anything. Annoying
