Ratings and reviews

This app can use a lot of improvement with its functionality. Right off the bat, this app leaves a bad taste in your mouth because the login page does not save your info or allow your phone to prompt your saved password. Second thing that blows my mind is that you are not able to cancel or modify an existing appt! Why? It gives you the ability to schedule, so why not cancel? It is also annoying that while scheduling,I am prompted through several add-on pages that I'm not interested in! DO BETTER

App could be much better. The booking function is super clunky, forces you to pass through multiple pages of extras I never want, and the pick a date and time page is so slow to load the results. On top of that, its impossible to manage past masseuses in order to track who is good and capable, and who's not. The favorite option is limited. So many other areas of lacking as well. App hasn't changed or been upgraded in years...it's about F'n time!

The app really isn't helpful in serving the purpose that most would want the app for. You can't link your membership or view your credits. You can't modify or cancel appointments. You cant change your home location or put your membership on pause or transfer a credit to someone else. Basically, you can search for appointments at local locations and book what's available, which is nice, but there is so much more that I expected out of the app that could make the member's experience better.
