the staff are not responsive to issues. I'm a member of course that use Mighty Networks. there are many clunky features that I don't have time to list. but Mighty Networks is "messy" to use. and has interfered with my ability to use the course effectively. (calendar interface, chat issues, the visual layout of the feed, zoom connection for live meetings has problems, the learning curve for participants is a big turn off...)

I am taking a course through your desktop website and am not seeing a way to skip back 10 seconds {or however many} in the videos I'm watching. I would love if this were a feature! Every time I try to drag my time back a little bit, I way overshoot. And I keep watching the same parts over and over. And within the phone app, can I customize the number of seconds I skip back and forward within a video? It's currently 5 seconds back, 15 seconds forward, but I want to be able to skip back further.♡

My first review was 5 stars but after all the issues I am experiencing I'm about ready to delete the app entirely. Every time I go to watch a livestream,I have major issues. The presenter's screen goes blank, the chat send button either disappears or never sends the message when no matter how many times I click on it. The chat doesn't update. I don't get notifications on time. It's just an all around hot mess. I can't get anything accomplished with this app. It's not even worth it at this point.
