Tried to order food using this app, the courier assigned asked me how it is normally done ๐ like I was supposed to tell him how to do his job and then the second asked me to send him money before I had even received my food and then the order took 1hour 30 minutes longer than usual to arrive. I'm deleting this app this has been the worst experience

I've used Ulendo a few times now an I'm happy with the app and service. However, there is need to get more drivers in different areas because on a few occasions I haven't been able to get a ride because there have been no drivers near me. Sometimes the app is also not able to pick up my location. We'll done to the Ulendo team for bringing this innovation to Zambia!

Ulendo is my favorite taxi service, but of late I've been having trouble getting my orders picked on time as it were earlier. I tried filing a complaint but up to now I've not attended to. I must say your feedback towards your customers is really pathetic and needs to be worked. I'm disheartened that the most reliable taxi service in my City is losing it.

What's new
In the latest release, we've fixed critical and minor bugs identified in the previous version. Taking into account user feedback, we've refined visual elements and user interaction flows for a more intuitive and visually appealing experience. We've also improved load times and responsiveness - the app is now quicker across various devices.
