App is incomplete, as is the information provided. Lab results available through a browser are still not showing in the app, even though many functions require transfer from the app to a browser. After using it several times, navigation still seems inconsistent. Fur example, lab results seem to be available in several places, perhaps depending on which lab did the testing. It's a good start but the app needs more investment.

Lots of bugs. For example, I've has the same notification that I have new messages for almost 2 yrs. Well I even filter by "unread " and check them over and over FROM 2022! NOTHING Is new. So I constantly have to check Just in case. Also shows no way to delete scheduled appointments made in the app. So you have to call a few times for it to show cancelled.

I was unable to find a message function that permitted me to attach documents. The message "about" screen gave me no option to type anything. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S20 5G. There didn't appear to be any way of deleting old messages. There is no automatic forwarding of a message that is sent to the email of record. There is no ability with the Sent message section to allow the user to pull up the message that was sent to review it's accuracy. This is a very ONE WAY MESSAGING SYSTEM.
