This rating is bcoz of the FireBoltt service. I had a firebolt legacy smartwatch with StainlessSteelStrap. After a few months,the wireless charging wasnt working. First I raised an online complaint and provided all the evidence but they dismissed the issue. Then I went to the service center where they agreed for a replacement. After 12-15 days I got the replacement but they changed my Steel strap to leather. I ASKED FOR REPLACEMT AGAIN AND AFTER 1 MNTH THEY SENT ME A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT MODEL.

App not too bad. Disconnects once in a while but one can handle that. Would like to see more cute watch faces. Like a nice colourful analogue watch face. And also the percentage of the battery. That would be nice.

Terrible watch and app. Bought polertec watch and it picks up my sleep habit even if I am not wearing the watch.... I sit at my desk and it shows I have walked 3.7km.... the app can not connect to google fit.... It indicates I had severe stress levels while not even wearing the watch... 😂😂😂
