Antiquated app. There has been zero development since its launch to improve the app in any way to keep up with the times. Made for 1080 streaming it studders badly with 4k. Want to skip to the next episode? No feature. Want to go back to the list of episodes? No feature. You have to go back and scroll through the whole index. Jumping back or forward 30 seconds takes almost as long to reload and buffer. For god sakes there isn't even a dark mode in 2021!!

This is definitely the best app for your phone and computer, to stream virtually any video file format to your Chromecast. I lked it so much, I actually purchased a lifetime of premium. I did have an issue for a while but customer service was exemplary. It's rare to find quality like this in this day and age. I don't normally give things 5 stars but this is truly worth it. I downgraded this rating to 2 stars. It hardly ever connect to my computer anymore.

Update 6/21/19 - Subtitles no longer work, Developer has responded: We have recently encountered a subtitle bug! After extensive testing we have come to the conclusion that it is definitely a product of the Chromecast update to version 1.40! grrrr… There currently seems to be no way to downgrade a Chromecast so hopefully you can hold out a little longer until we figure this one out and put out a fix!! Thank you so much streamers of video, for your continued patience and support! I will keep you updated! This app works great for me. The premium version also adds subtitles automatically, a great benefit.
