It's a fraud. I had a yearly subscription for Zee 5 under the plan that I have subscribed to. It has stopped working after 8 months and is presently inactive for over two weeks. I contacted them twice through the "help and support" section and mentioned my problem. They have resolved it yet (4 days have passed). Also I am not able to register a fresh complaint. My money has been wasted.

Good for subscription but App with bugs when it comes to support and plan activation. Ticket could not be raised. When I subscribed for annual plan, still my monthly plan remains active. I do not understand the logic of keeping it active. Refund me ₹299 for it. Suddenly Watchho when open it overlays other apps forceably too. It does not allow you to work on other app unles you crash watch using multi tasking option.

Firstly, subscribe to any Watcho monthly plans via Amazon Pay app, to avoid autopay complications. Secondly, bundled apps like Fancode don't allow direct viewing on their app for Watcho subscribers. Viewing on Watcho leads to lots more of data usage and less clarity, than directly viewing on Fancode. Thirdly, on Watcho, all contents of Fancode can not be viewed. A separate Fancode pass is needed for watching some contents like Formula 1 race live, etc. Fourthly, download issues on Watcho.
