I purchased a subscription and cast the content to my TV using Chromecast. Initially, the audio and video were synchronized, but after about 30 minutes, the sound became out of sync with the actors' lip movements. Sometimes there is also distorted or unexpected audio. Could you please help fix this issue?

really bad experiences, it is buffering if you start after pausing it for some time. I have paied for 1 year but I am not able to watch anymore after app got updated . I can not play it also in my other device, worst app 😒 ever . all my money got wested.

The worst app ever. I took the yearly subscription of 499 but it shows me that "the subscription has not been acknowledged by the developer". Like what the hell is happening here. I paid money to watch movies and you guys are joking on us. I want this issue to be fixed within 24 hours else return my money back.
