Ratings and reviews

Flights/trips don't show up. The app seems incapable of saving a small detail like this. I have to keep adding the flight manually every.single.time!

The App is operating strange! My upcoming flight disappeared from dashboard. Also, when booked my tickets, No PNR Number received with the Itenary. WhatsApp number is not working! Also, the App is showing 2 different timings for the same flight when using the Check Flight options (by flight number & route)!

Worst experience.. I want to cancel the flight they gonna take more than 50% of the total ticket price and even the rest of my money I can't take it back... will never book any flight on this airline again.. and there is no online customer service responding .. so bad .. really upset
