About this app
WHAT DOES I-GB DO?
We, the Initiative - Gesunder Betrieb (i-gb), have been running a network for active corporate health promotion since 2011. In addition to our selection of diverse and high-quality health providers in the areas of exercise, relaxation and nutrition, other attractive offers motivate employees to become active in their health. With our individually configurable and (Germany-wide) flexibly usable health services, we support companies in creating a sustainable, healthy and appreciative work environment.
ABOUT THIS APP:
As soon as you have received the i-gb Card from your employer, you can log into our app with your personal access data and use all health offers.
Below we have summarized examples for you of how you can use the i-gb app easily and flexibly (from home / on the go):
• Find the right i-gb partner in your area (based on available reviews) in order to get active there with your i-gb card or i-gb app at a reduced price or even free of charge. For example, you can visit the following health providers and get a discount:
o gyms
o Physiotherapy
o swimming pools
o Thermal baths & saunas
o massages
o Promotion of relaxation & stress prevention
o Nutritional advice
o Climbing / bouldering halls
o Yoga studios
o ice rinks
o And much more ...
• Reward for performing individual endurance activities and various fitness workouts.
• Take part in our nutritional / relaxation / exercise quizzes that are worth knowing and win attractive prizes, be inspired by our seasonal recipes or watch training videos / relaxation tips.
After logging in with your personal access data, the app can also be used on the PC via www.i-gb.de.
