About this app
This is the NoidiPoste app dedicated to Poste Italiane Group employees and pensioners.
Download the app only if you are an employee or a pensioner of the Poste Italiane Group and log in with your Microsoft 365 credentials, your username followed by @posteitaliane.it and your network password, the same as for the intranet. You can also log in with your fingerprint or face id. If you are a pensioner, log in with your poste.it credentials.
Here you can find the address book, the main news on the intranet, the TG Poste and the services dedicated to you including notifications, holidays, entering sick days, job posting, meal vouchers, travel. Read the slip and the main personal communications on your wall.
Read the news on the intranet: you can choose your favorite articles, leave a comment, like the most interesting content, share an article or subscribe to categories and hashtags.
Listen to Podcast Poste, the new communication channel with stories, conversations, interviews and insights. Available on the intranet and NoidiPoste app at any time of the day.
Activate notifications for your favorite categories of articles, for tags and for your services: don't miss the news that interests you most. Personalize your homepage, choosing your favorite article categories and your status bar, which will always be present while browsing.
Access the holiday service to view and manage your absences for the current year and for the residual entitlement on the go. View the status of your requests through notifications.
Access the sickness entry service to request and manage sick days on the go, in addition to the traditional way of communicating to the company. Insert a new request for illness and complete the data with the protocol number of the medical certificate and the expected end date. If you need to extend a closing illness, you can do so using the "extend" function, which will be enabled at the end of the current illness: you will be guided through the entry mask.
Use the mobile travel management service: enter your travel request using the guided procedure. You will also be able to consult your travel list and replicate one already present. Access the notifications section to view the new requests entered and the approval status.
If you are a manager, you can approve your collaborators' holidays and travel directly from the app through notifications and dedicated screens.
Discover also Poste Centro Medico, the center of excellence that offers specialist visits and diagnostic services for the prevention, treatment and well-being of Poste Italiane employees and family members.
Consult company job postings on the go: view and subscribe to active ads to participate in the selection process directly from your app.
