Aas others have said, the developer had a brilliant idea. But also like they said, not being able to turn the lock sceen off until I need it back on is very annoying. I think a better idea would be to give us a notification to enter the app instead of forcing us to view it at inappropriate times. Also, I'm not sure where the translations come from when using the search, but some are not right and are completely unrelated to the sentence.

I really like the idea of this, but whoever decided the app needs to disable your alarms with only the option of a 1 hour window to circumvent this, you're a bad person. At least make it more obvious.
