From 5 start to 1 star for one perticulqr reason. Useless customer support. You call them ask them to help with a trip and then I end up getting a higher rate, yes higher rate than it I select my ride and schedule myself. On top you argue destination on Google maps is shorter and it should be cheaper but GG map shows longer version and more expensive route. It's been disaster, also multiple credit card payment issues and nothing has been addressed.

They are scamming people who pay by card. When you finish ride, you see one price in the app, but they take more money from your credit card... ridiculous... they take a small amount from locals, but A LOT from foreigners.

The easiest way to move around, at a good cost. The drivers arrive quickly. Its interface can be a bit tricky to navigate, though. One has to set some where-to locations manually as they can't be added through search even if they're landmarks or Importabt buildings (bus station etc). Also, it would be easier if one could pay by card through the app. That being said, I find it very useful and believe these issues can be solved. I like it a lot!
