I completed my ETA on a previous device and needed to get a new phone due to my last one not having international coverage. Instead of them syncing my data between phones, I had to go through the steps and pay AGAIN! Just so I had my info on this new device. The worst part is that it showed my already approved ETA during the set up on the new device, but it gave no option to just use that one. What a way to steal my money.

I was getting location error for completing the application. Forvthe first application, it took several tries over four hours and finally it recognized the location while I tried it outside while driving. For second application, I was trying for a day with no success. Once again I tried it while driving and it recognized the location. If you have this issue, please go outside and try it while driving around. That what worked for me for two applications. Other than this issue the app is great.

The picture-taking process is maddening. Though initially green-lighting the photo(s) the app would, shortly thereafter, reject the photo then start the entire application process over again. Attempted on 2 different phones (one less than a year old and another about 2 years old) with both front and back cameras, many, many times each to no avail. I researched the issue and realized it's fairly persistent among many users. Maybe it's time to fix it?
