Install and connection were really easy and fast. Solar panel does a good job keeping it charged. It went dead once after several days of overcast skies, but as soon as we had a few hours of sun it charged and reconnected on its own. Had a few issues with it diaconnecting from the wifi initially but that hasn't happened at all for several months now. I don't have a cloud subscription so I just like to watch the birds live. It works well and the video is pretty good.

Optimistic at start but frustration increasing! Camera and app setup were easy. The live view is clear & solar recharge good. However, activity trigger recording to cloud does not seem effective. We arranged for a visitor, who we saw on live view but they did not trigger a cloud recording. A recording on the card was triggered (we see the entry in the app) but we are unable to replay the card recordings on the app.

We have two cameras, purchased the cloud service on each, everything was great. We relocated one camera to a different location on the property and cannot use the cloud service even though its listed as paid for. I have emailed several times and get no reply. I can only view the live version, but not the cloud on that one camera. Otherwise, I am not disappointed, but I do not want to have to pay again for the services that I should be provided.
