was working perfectly fine with the app then randomly kicked me and my husband out of it. once we Uninstaller it since it wouldn't let us log in and still says that my log in and email is wrong and keeps bringing up a code but said it cant be sent to the email. The monitor works but its now starting to say it can't connect when its sets right next to the router. Loved the product at first then it just went horrible.

Bought 2 cameras and paid the $9.99 a month fee to record up to 10 days for both devices. Worked for about a week and then cameras went offline. At that point, the app stopped working and wouldn't open again. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. Called customer service. Got an automated voicemail saying they weren't available and to leave my contact info. Have not received any response. I will contact the attorney general if my issue is not resolved.

The app has always been terrible, with your camera randomly disconnecting or not registering for days at a time despite no wifi or power issues, the volume issues, the poor support—among other things. But the fact that I can't even look at the live feed anymore really takes the cake. You used to be able to click on the camera and it'd show you what's happening. Now? Nothing. Like why the hell did we pay for this if it doesn't even work? Regrettable purchase for sure. Definitely warn people away.
