was working perfectly fine with the app then randomly kicked me and my husband out of it. once we Uninstaller it since it wouldn't let us log in and still says that my log in and email is wrong and keeps bringing up a code but said it cant be sent to the email. The monitor works but its now starting to say it can't connect when its sets right next to the router. Loved the product at first then it just went horrible.

App no longer works. Since yesterday, app kept saying to check my internet connection. My internet is fine, with wifi on or off. Tried logging out, clearing cache, deleting data and logging in again, nothing works to log in. Please fix this. This is horrible for a security camera app if I'm not able to view them.

Bought 2 cameras and paid the $9.99 a month fee to record up to 10 days for both devices. Worked for about a week and then cameras went offline. At that point, the app stopped working and wouldn't open again. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. Called customer service. Got an automated voicemail saying they weren't available and to leave my contact info. Have not received any response. I will contact the attorney general if my issue is not resolved.
