The Alignment Health Plan member app is your secure mobile gateway to your health information. In conjunction with ACCESS On-Demand Concierge, our newest program offering all members a concierge health care experience, our app is designed to make your health care accessible anywhere, at any time.

It was nearly impossible to navigate for a senior citizen. They were not helpful. A health plan for persons on social security should be helpful to their base.

I received email in February that app had been updated. Went into play store to update. App hasn't work since February. I have repeatedly uninstaller & reinstalled numerous times. Recently I contacted Alignment & issue was to be forwarded to the IT department. Not one word back.

It seems like a good plan except for a couple of exceptions: 1. The Dental Plan is very limited & not very helpful. 2. Being an HMO means getting referrals is slow, cumbersome & very time consuming.

Having trouble with the app freezing on the loading screen? Before reinstalling, clear the app cache and data to fix any corrupt files that may be causing issues.

How to clear the cache for Android:
In the Settings App, Tap Apps or Application Manager
Tap the app, then tap Storage
Tap Clear Cache or Clear Data
Reinstall the app from the Play Store
