It could use a few tweaks such as the pointer, instead of having to hold down the button to move it, it would be nice to either have a tab option or just better control. Holding the button down makes move past the point you're trying to get to and repetitive button pushing is very tiresome. not everyone is using a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard on their Smart TV. More options to change the layout and dark mode options/theme would be a plus as well. Other than that I think it's functional for a browser. Subscription wise, I think more features/user control would go a long way to make it more user friendly and acceptable.

It is very hard to make a web browser on the barely useful Android TV hardware at $30, e.g., Google can't make Chrome work on Android TV. It is very hard to provide rich UI from the bare minimum remote control of Android TV. Wish Google can be more forward thinking in the design of Android TV instead of blindly copying bad designs from Apple TV.

It's the only decent web browser for Android-TV, yet instead of being free it became quota-based. I can't use it for however much I want each day. Otherwise need to pay... Edit: Developer said it's a generous thing to offer it for free, but generous compared to what? Developer has forgot it was free already, and that all other web browsers are free and never have a quota. Developer should try other web browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Opera,... Changing this to 1 star till developer will remove the quota and have a real generous offer compared to others and compared to what it used to be. Edit: the app was free. Now it's not. I have to pay for it to use it freely. Now I can't use it freely as opposed to in the past, so it's not free.

Puffin TV Browser requires paid subscription. The free evaluation is very generous, but inevitably, must be quota limited. Note that the free evaluation is for "product evaluation" instead of excessive usage every day. Edit: If you receive any service for free, it is considered generous. What did you do to make the world a better place?

Work really perfect on my android tv its worth to buy subscription of this application. It stops useless ads to pop up that open up automatically on new tab . i have used many browsers for tv but this is best of all , 1 euro per month is so cheap in 1 euro you can watch good content from your browser . Firstly i know its little bit irritating when you have to buy the subscription for web browser but its the only web browser that is designed for android tv . Go for it buy it i mean my words
