very bad app. can't pay online, can't make late reservations, can't schedule multiple ridrs. you have to wait 1h for the next taxi to arrive. Just call the hotline and speak directly to the operator, it's better, I have a verified sanad card and already contacted the support about all these bugs for months and nothing was fixed. I used to be able to schedule multiple rides and opened a bug report about it earlier that week, check with the support team

Don't recomend this bad app. Most of taxi driver are cheating. Money do not back or very late. Do not use this app. This app is fraud. Very terrible experience. Several times charging. Support is weak or not working. App has bugs nad crashes. I'm waiting more than 7 business days and money doesn't refund. This app is fraud app, don't use it.

Tried to add 3 different credit cards to my wallet, and each time they charged 16 AED (which they promised to be reimbursed) but still ended with "Your order was declined. Please verify your information." error message.
