The service quality is quite poor, and users have very limited control over the app. For instance, if a user forgets their password or wants to change it, they must visit the school in person, which is highly inconvenient and impractical. Additionally, the app does not allow users to save login credentials, and the login ID itself is overly complicated and difficult to remember. Overall, the app is poorly designed and lacks user-friendliness.

The app is not working at all. The older version I can see on my phone and now it's not working. previous version was good and we were used to for same. don't change the UI. Please stick to the changes which you have made and then resolve the problems. please resolve the issue ASAP thank you

Disappointing experience with this app They deducted extra Rs. 467 from my credit card without my permission while paying school fees. No information was provided about the additional charges. Worst part is, I haven't received any receipt for the extra amount deducted. Requesting immediate refund and clarification on the extra charges. Unprofessional handling of payment transactions.
