Ratings and reviews

I've using this app since last year and I am very satisfied with the deals and offers they have. Their s a large variety of things from clothes to utensils and even stationary items, it's a "almost" perfect app. The only down side is that their "service centre" is not that good you need to email them if some seller tries to misplace your order and stuff. It could work on the better and much convenient way to reach the "service centre" in my humble opinion.

The last time I wrote a review was about,not being able to get in touch with customer service as because there are some problems we can't resolve by talking to the bot alone. They improved. But now its even harder to get to the service again ,I mean there is no more an option to talk to customer support. In each update some interesting things happen and i'm glad for that. But each and everytime it gets updated something or the other gets changed that doesn't favor the seller neither the buyer.

A very old user of freeup, but now they have changed hike. 1. increased shipping for inter state, on some product it is 99, somewhere it is 69, keep it constant 49 /59 like you kept it before that was more convenient, and more attractive for buyers, nomither site is asking for so much amount for shipping, that too for a thrifted product 2.no way to chat to freeup agent, you can just raise tickets which is non benefited 3. they are charging commision as security charge
