With Bob’s app, you can:

• Submit a time off request, see if it’s approved or declined
• Review or sign a document

• See which coworkers are available or on leave
• Search the employee directory and org chart
• Connect with your colleagues
• Update personal information in your profile
• Access important company links
• Manage and complete tasks
• Review and complete performance reviews
• Review and manage goal progress

Ratings and reviews

After logging in the app requires no authentication when launched, leaving sensitive information accessible to anyone that gets their hands on your phone. This is insanity. The option to add fingerprints for authentication is there but re-authentication is only done on the apps discretion. An option to require authentication each time the app is launched should be a top priority. Seems like Bob doesn't care about this though since I can see a review written 2 years ago saying the same thing.

Great app which puts nearly everything in the palm of your hand without having to find a PC and goto the website. Only thing I can't find is the "People's time off" view? If that was there (and apologies if I just can't find it!) then it would be a 5. Not having that same view as the website is a bit of a drawback for me.

You're forced to use the app on a phone. The app doesn't allow you to do everything that you can do on the website. Terrible experience.
