I really do not like the app. I have to go through too many steps to access my tickets. Not to mention that the other people on this membership have to do the same after I send them their tickets. It was so much easier to just hand them their tickets with the added plus that the tickets served as wonderful momentous of the performance....yes I save them.

There is no way to organize items within a category or to create subcategories. We have season theatre tickets at three different venues plus additional shows we purchase through the year. They are all jumbled together and can't be sorted by date, which would be a useful feature.

This app is time consuming and a problem with my android phone. I still have to go to box office every time I order on line. I love all else, but this change, not at all.
