I really do not like the app. I have to go through too many steps to access my tickets. Not to mention that the other people on this membership have to do the same after I send them their tickets. It was so much easier to just hand them their tickets with the added plus that the tickets served as wonderful momentous of the performance....yes I save them.

I don't like tech stuff. I like life to be simple. With many organizations now having their membership cards replaced by smart phone apps, I'm thinking oh dear (or oh sh_ t). When I accessed this app and found how simple and easy it is to store and easily access it as needed, I'm saying, 'this is not bad'. My kicking and screaming into the 21st century is somewhat lessened.

USA? centric I think. none of the hardcoded loyalty cards existed in Australia. terrible ui. there are 3 separate ways to do a fancy "flip" of a card a show useless tip/info screen that no one will EVER need to see, and 0 ways to edit a mispelled card, sort the list manually, add icons or pictures to self added cards or make the barcode (the ONLY reason you are using the app) large enough for a scanner to read it (i mean, why is the barcode sooooo small? less than 10% of an otherwise blank scn
Thank you for your feedback. We will take it into account in further development. As for the size of the barcode. You can tap on it to enlarge it and make the screen brightness lighter, which can help to read it.
