Ratings and reviews

Abysmal is an understatement. I've been trying to login for the past two weeks. Every time it tells me to reset my login pin. But then falls back to services are being upgraded error. I thought the recent update would fix it, but now I can't even go to the login screen. Whenever I try to open the app, it tells me to activate my account and surprise surprise "We are unable to process your request" error comes up. So much for "One App to all your Banking needs"!!!

The End. Horrible! you can't log in. SIM not recognized error. App not opening so can't login to account. All this at a time when I need the details of transactions for Tax calculation purposes. What were they thinking by launching the app without testing? The biggest issue with the earlier version was that there was no feature to search for beneficiaries as they were only available strictly in the manner the were added. No option to search for them or arrange them in alphabetical manner.

After the latest update, the app is showing only my old account details which are no longer in use. My new active account, which actually has money, is missing and I am unable to add it. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Such poor service from Union Bank — I expected much better. Note: When I raised the issue, they simply suggested contacting customer care. But whenever we call or email, they just ask us to visit the branch. The issue never actually gets resolved.
