About this app

U-TOKEN: An easy-to-use Two-Factor Authentication solution for Union Bank of India Internet Banking.

U-TOKEN is an OTP generation application for authorizing login/transactions done on Union Bank of India Internet Banking portal. (Internet Connectivity is required for the application to function) .

Registration Process:

1. Login to Union Bank of India Internet Banking. Go to Personal Security Settings > U-Token > Step1 U-Token Registration & complete registration in Internet banking.

2. On successful registration, confirmation SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number. Download & install U-Token app on your mobile. Tap New User? Register Here & complete registration in app.

3. Login to Union Bank of India Internet Banking and enable U-Token services under Personal Security Settings > U-Token > Step2 Enable U-Token.

4. Now, U-Token will be the Two Factor Authentication instead of OTP for authorizing your Internet Banking transactions.

5. Users having view facility; Go to General Services > Service requests > Step1 U-Token Registration.

very buggy app - as I noticed UB internet banking also sessions out when user is active . In U token app though I have already registered it asks me to register in internet banking - If I try registering in internet banking it says app is already downloaded please continue there , So it's just a big mess around , very pathetic digital service . very frustrated around this :(

I am getting opt validation failed after entering the correct otp i am facing this after the update

I am extremely disappointed with the U Token app. Every single time I try to use it, I get a "no internet connection" error, despite my internet working perfectly fine with all other apps. This is completely unacceptable and a huge waste of time. This app is rubbish and clearly not worth anyone's time. Fix your app or remove it from the store. Until then, it's just a useless piece of software cluttering up my device.
